A company linked to a melbourne-based global advertising and marketing firm, which is known for working with sportswear giant Nike, has collapsed owing unsecured creditors over $4m.
Agency Group Holdings, which held registered business names Sentius, Sentius Group and Sentius Strategy, entered liquidation earlier this month, a notice lodged with the corporate regulator reveals.
Sentius is described online as a “premier digital agency”, specialising in digital marketing services and advertising, with office locations listed in Hawthorn East in Melbourne, Alexandria in Sydney and Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, as well as in Singapore and India.
The agency has worked with well-known companies including Nike, luxury watch brand Kennedy, flooring retailer Carpet Call, hotel chain Quest, automotive company Bapcor and La Trobe University, according to its website.
Despite the liquidation, the Sentius business still appears to be operating as normal. It has been contacted for comment.
Unsecured creditors are owed a total of $4.015m by the company, including the tax office which is owed $1.4m.
