An award-winning Victorian construction company has become one of the latest casualties of the construction industry crisis, collapsing with $3.3 million in debts.
melbourne-based residential builder Kleev Homes Pty Ltd has been “wound up” this month, with liquidators appointed to dissolve the company.
The decision to end the company was made at a general meeting of its members on July 5, according to a notice published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Kleev Homes’ website has since disappeared, as have its profiles on social media.
Liquidator Travis Pullen has told 9News that the company had $3.3 million in debts as of July 7.
Pullen said he was working to determine what assets may be available to pay off creditors, including outstanding employee entitlements.
