Apex Homes Australia collapses: Victoria-based construction company is ordered into liquidation

A Victorian construction company has collapsed placing the fate of a slew of projects up in the air.

After a drawn out process, Apex Homes Australia, based in North melbourne/index.html” id=”mol-78f9a000-d5e0-11ee-b8a9-b3e6cbb1da81″>Melbourne, was ordered to go into liquidation on the grounds of insolvency by the Supreme Court on Wednesday. 

Creditors include concreting business, Aerolink Property Group, which lodged a winding up application earlier this year citing a $46,200 unpaid debt.

Other businesses who have lodged a claim against the company include Home and Industrial Soil, Austral Group, ATC Co, the Commissioner of State Revenue and Bristol Roofing. 

BDO has been appointed as liquidator of the business. It is understood there are more than a dozen projects the company has on its books under construction.
